SEC. 7118. COOPERATION AMONG ELIGIBLE INSTITUTIONS. Section 1433 of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3195) is amended by adding at the end the following:“(g) Cooperation Among Eligible Institutions.—The Secretary, to the maximum extent practicable, shall encourage eligible institutions to cooperate in setting research priorities under this section through the conduct of regular regional and national meetings.”.
