SEC. 7143. RESIDENT INSTRUCTION AND DISTANCE EDUCATION GRANTS PROGRAM FOR INSULAR AREA INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION.(a) Distance Education Grants for Insular Areas.—Section 1490(f) of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3362(f)) is amended by striking “2007” and inserting “2012”.122 STAT. 1233(b) Resident Instruction Grants for Insular Areas.—Section 1491 of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 3363) is amended—(1) by redesignating subsection (e) as subsection (c); and(2) in subsection (c) (as so redesignated), by striking “2007” and inserting “2012”.
