SEC. 6005. COMMUNITY FACILITY GRANTS TO ADVANCE BROADBAND. Section 306(a)(20)(E) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 1926(a)(20)(E)) is amended—(1) by striking “state” and inserting “State”; and(2) by striking “dial-up Internet access or”.
