SEC. 6007. TRIBAL COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY ESSENTIAL COMMUNITY FACILITIES. Section 306(a)(25) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 1926(a)(25)) is amended—(1) in subparagraph (A)—(A) by striking “tribal colleges and universities” and inserting “an entity that is a Tribal College or University”; and(B) by striking “tribal college or university” and inserting “Tribal College or University”;122 STAT. 1163(2) by striking subparagraph (B) and inserting the following:“(B) Federal share.—The Secretary shall establish the maximum percentage of the cost of the facility that may be covered by a grant under this paragraph, except that the Secretary may not require non-Federal financial support in an amount that is greater than 5 percent of the total cost of the facility.”; and(3) in subparagraph (C), by striking “2003 through 2007” and inserting “2008 through 2012”.
