DECLINING YIELD REPORT.

SEC. 12030. DECLINING YIELD REPORT. Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Agriculture of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry of the Senate a report containing details about activities and administrative options of the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation and Risk Management Agency that address issues relating to—(1) declining yields on the actual production histories of producers; and(2) declining and variable yields for perennial crops, including pecans.
