Sec. 115. Notwithstanding any prior designation by the Secretary of the Interior pursuant to section 17 of Public Law 100–440 (102 Stat. 1743), the Secretary shall designate, within 60 days of enactment of this Act, which Department of the Interior agency compo-103 STAT. 722nent or headquarters operation is to be relocated to Avondale, Maryland, no later than 90 days after the Administrator of General Services determines that design and alteration of the facility is completed.
