SEC. 14214. FINES FOR VIOLATIONS OF THE ANIMAL WELFARE ACT. Section 19(b) of the Animal Welfare Act (7 U.S.C. 2149(b)) is amended in the first sentence by striking “not more than $2,500 for each such violation” and inserting “not more than $10,000 for each such violation”.
