Sec. 120. Section 13 of Public Law 93–531, as amended (25 U.S.C. 640d–12), is hereby amended by inserting the word “and” after the semicolon at the end of subparagraph (b)(2), by striking out the semicolon and the word “and” after the word “subsection” at the end of subparagraph (b)(3) and inserting a period in lieu thereof, and by striking out all of subparagraph (b)(4): Provided, That section 32 of Public Law 93–531, as amended (25 U.S.C. 640d–30), is hereby amended by inserting after subsection (d) the following new subsection: “(e) By December 1, 1989, the Secretary of the Interior, with the advice of the Navajo Tribe and the Office of Navajo and Hopi Indian Relocation, shall submit to the Congress a conceptual framework for the expenditure of the funds authorized for the Navajo Rehabilitation Trust Fund. Such framework is to be consistent with the purposes described in subsection (d) of this section.”: Provided further, That section 32 of Public Law 93–531, as amended (25 U.S.C. 640d—30), is further amended by redesignating subsection (e) as subsection (f), and by redesignating subsection (f) as subsection (g).
