SEC. 106. NONMOTORIZED TRANSPORTATION PILOT PROGRAM. Section 1807(a)(3) of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (119 Stat. 1460) is amended by striking “Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota” and inserting “Minneapolis, Minnesota”.
