SEC. 110. I–95/CONTEE ROAD INTERCHANGE DESIGN. Section 1961 of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (119 Stat. 1518) is amended—(1) in the section heading by striking “study” and inserting “design”;(2) by striking subsections (a), (b), and (c) and inserting the following:“(a) Design.—The Secretary shall make available the funds authorized to be appropriated by this section for the design of the I–95/Contee Road interchange in Prince George’s County, Maryland.”; and(3) by redesignating subsection (d) as subsection (b).
