SEC. 112. RESCISSION. Section 10212 of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act: A Legacy for Users (as amended by section 1302 of the Pension Protection Act of 2006 (Public Law 109–280)) (119 Stat. 1937; 120 Stat. 780) is amended by striking “$8,593,000,000” each place it appears and inserting “$8,708,000,000”.
