SEC. 3004. TRADE AND DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE.(a) Title I of the Food for Peace Act (7 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) is amended in the title heading, by striking “TRADE AND DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE” and inserting “ECONOMIC ASSISTANCE AND FOOD SECURITY”.(b) Section 101 of the Food for Peace Act (7 U.S.C. 1701) is amended in the section heading, by striking “trade and development assistance” and inserting “economic assistance and food security”.
