SEC. 8004. ASSISTANCE TO THE FEDERATED STATES OF MICRONESIA, THE REPUBLIC OF THE MARSHALL ISLANDS, AND THE REPUBLIC OF PALAU. Section 13(d)(1) of the Cooperative Forestry Act of 1978 (16 U.S.C. 2109(d)(1)) is amended by striking “the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands,” and inserting “the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Republic of Palau,”.
