SEC. 6003. RURAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY GRANTS. Section 306(a)(11)(D) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 1926(a)(11)(D)) is amended by striking “1996 through 2007” and inserting “2008 through 2012”.122 STAT. 1924
