SEC. 12028. INCREASE IN SERVICE FEES FOR NONINSURED CROP ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. Section 196(k)(1) of the Federal Agriculture Improvement and Reform Act of 1996 (7 U.S.C. 7333(k)(1)) is amended—(1) in subparagraph (A), by striking “$100” and inserting “$250”; and(2) in subparagraph (B)—122 STAT. 2153(A) by striking “$300” and inserting “$750”; and(B) by striking “$900” and inserting “$1,875”.
