SEC. 12065. INCREASING COLLATERAL REQUIREMENTS. Section 7(c)(6) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 636(c)(6)) is amended by striking “$10,000 or less” and inserting “$14,000 or less (or such higher amount as the Administrator determines appropriate in the event of a major disaster)”.
