SEC. 14001. IMPROVED PROGRAM DELIVERY BY DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE ON INDIAN RESERVATIONS. Section 2501(g)(1) of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 (7 U.S.C. 2279(g)(1)) is amended—(1) in the first sentence—(A) by striking “Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service, Soil Conservation Service, and Farmers Home Administration offices” and inserting “Farm Service Agency and Natural Resources Conservation Service”; and(B) by inserting “where there has been a need demonstrated” after “include”; and(2) by striking the second sentence.
