(a) Funds provided by this chapter for the following accounts shall be made available for programs and countries in 122 STAT. 2344 the amounts contained in the respective tables included in the explanatory statement printed in the Congressional Record accompanying this Act: “Diplomatic and Consular Programs” “Economic Support Fund”.(b) Any proposed increases or decreases to the amounts contained in such tables in the explanatory statement printed in the Congressional Record accompanying this Act shall be subject to the regular notification procedures of the Committees on Appropriations and section 634A of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961.
