Unless otherwise provided for in this Act, funds appropriated or otherwise made available by this chapter shall be available under the authorities and conditions provided in the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2008 (division J of Public Law 110–161), except that section 699K of such Act shall not apply to funds in this chapter.122 STAT. 2345
