SEC. 202. TECHNICAL AMENDMENTS. The table of contents in the first section of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 (50 U.S.C. 1801 et seq.), as amended by section 101(b), is further amended by adding at the end the following: “TITLE VIII— PROTECTION OF PERSONS ASSISTING THE GOVERNMENT “Sec. 801.
