Sec. 19. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Administrator of General Services— (a) shall convey, without consideration, jurisdiction (custody, accountability and control) to the Institute of American Indian and Alaska Native Culture and Arts Development (Institute), over approximately 31,006 square feet of real property, together with any improvements, structures, and fixtures located thereon and related personal property, located at Cathedral Place at Palace, in Ward Number 4 of the City of Santa Fe and Precinct Number 18 of the County of Santa Fe, New Mexico, and (b) shall transfer to the Institute, from revenues and collections in the fund established pursuant to section 210(f) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (40 United States Code 490(f)), the sum of $2,130,000 for carrying out, in consultation with the Administrator of General Services, repairs and alterations to the facility transferred by this section.
