Sec. 25. Section 110 of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (40 U.S.C. 757) establishing the Information Technology Fund is amended by adding a sentence at the end of paragraph (a)(2): These plans fulfill the requirements of 31 U.S.C. 1512 and 1513.
