SEC. 1157. NOTICE AFTER SEPARATION FROM SERVICE. Section 1379 of the Federal Housing Enterprises Financial Safety and Soundness Act of 1992 (12 U.S.C. 4637), as so designated by this Act, is amended—(1) by striking “2-year” and inserting “6-year”;(2) by striking “a director or executive officer of an enterprise” and inserting “an entity-affiliated party”;(3) by striking “director or officer” each place that term appears and inserting “entity-affiliated party”; and(4) by striking “enterprise.” and inserting “regulated entity.”.122 STAT. 2778
