MILITARY ASSISTANCE Funds Appropriated to the President Foreign Military Financing Program For an additional amount for “Foreign Military Financing Program”, $45,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2008. Peacekeeping Operations For an additional amount for “Peacekeeping Operations”, $40,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2008: Provided, That funds appropriated under this heading shall be made available, notwithstanding section 660 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, for assistance for Liberia for security sector reform.
