CIVILIAN RESERVE CORPS

CIVILIAN RESERVE CORPSSec. 3810. Of the funds appropriated by this Act under the heading “Diplomatic and Consular Programs”, up to $50,000,000 may be made available to support and maintain a civilian reserve corps: Provided, That none of the funds for a civilian reserve corps may be obligated without specific authorization in a subsequent Act of Congress: Provided further, That funds made available for 121 STAT. 151 this purpose shall be subject to the regular notification procedures of the Committees on Appropriations.
