(transfer of funds)Sec. 1313. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, not to exceed $110,000,000 may be transferred to the “Economic Support Fund”, Department of State, for use in programs in Pakistan from amounts appropriated by this Act as follows: “Military Personnel, Army”, $70,000,000. “National Guard Personnel, Army”, $13,183,000. “Defense Health Program”, $26,817,000.
