Sec. 1501. (a) Funds provided in this Act for the following accounts shall be made available for programs under the conditions contained in the language of the joint explanatory statement of managers accompanying the conference report on H.R. 1591 of the 110th Congress (H. Rept. 110–107): “Military Construction, Army”. “Military Construction, Navy and Marine Corps”. “Military Construction, Air Force”. (b) The Secretary of Defense shall submit all reports requested in House Report 110–60 and Senate Report 110–37 to the Committees on Appropriations of both Houses of Congress.
