SEC. 8104. STUDY ON PROJECTED IMPACT.(a) Study.—Beginning on the date that is 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Labor shall, through the Bureau of Labor Statistics, conduct a study to—(1) assess the impact of the wage increases required by this Act through such date; and(2) project the impact of any further wage increase,on living standards and rates of employment in American Samoa and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.(b) Report.—Not later than the date that is 8 months after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Labor shall transmit to Congress a report on the findings of the study required by subsection (a).121 STAT. 190
