Sec. 6602. (a) None of the funds available to the Mine Safety and Health Administration under the Continuing Appropriations Resolution, 2007 (division B of Public Law 109–289, as amended by Public Law 110–5) shall be used to enter into or carry out a contract for the performance by a contractor of any operations or services pursuant to the public-private competitions conducted under Office of Management and Budget Circular A–76. (b) Hereafter, Federal employees at the Mine Safety and Health Administration shall be classified as inherently governmental for the purpose of the Federal Activities Inventory Reform Act of 1998 (31 U.S.C. 501 note).
