Sec. 6614. (a) Section 402(i)(1) of the Pension Protection Act of 2006 is amended by striking “December 28, 2007” and inserting “January 1, 2008”.(b) The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect as if included in section 402 of the Pension Protection Act of 2006.
