SEC. 494A. TRANSFER OF ALLOTMENTS. Section 488 (20 U.S.C. 1095) is amended in the first sentence—(1) in paragraph (1), by striking “and” after the semicolon;(2) in paragraph (2), by striking “413D.” and inserting “413D or 462 (or both); and”; and(3) by adding at the end “(3) transfer 25 percent of the institution’s allotment under section 413D to the institution’s allotment under section 442.”.
