SEC. 105. TREATMENT OF TERRITORIES AND TERRITORIAL STUDENT ASSISTANCE. Section 113 (20 U.S.C. 1011b) is amended—(1) by striking “treatment of territories and territorial student assistance” in the heading of such section and inserting “territorial waiver authority”;(2) by striking “(a) Waiver Authority.—”; and(3) by striking subsection (b).
