SEC. 1022. APPLICATION OF TRUTH IN LENDING ACT TO ALL PRIVATE EDUCATION LOANS. Section 104(3) of the Truth in Lending Act (15 U.S.C. 1603(3)) is amended by inserting “and other than private education loans (as that term is defined in section 140(a))” after “consumer”.
