Sec. 305. Section 3(a)(39)(B) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (15 U.S.C. 78c(a)(39)(B)) is amended— (1) by striking out “months, revoking” and inserting in lieu thereof “months, or revoking”; and (2) by striking out “barring his” and inserting in lieu thereof “barring or suspending for a period not exceeding 12 months his”.
