General Services Administration consumer information center For necessary expenses of the Consumer Information Center, including services authorized by 5 U.S.C. 3109, $1,360,000, to be deposited into the Consumer Information Center Fund: Provided, That the appropriations, revenues and collections deposited into the fund shall be available for necessary expenses of Consumer Information Center activities in the aggregate amount of $5,200,000. Administrative expenses of the Consumer Information Center in fiscal year 1990 shall not exceed $2,092,000. Appropriations, reve-103 STAT. 861nues and collections accruing to this fund during fiscal year 1990 in excess of $5,200,000 shall remain in the fund and shall not be available for expenditure except as authorized in appropriations Acts.
