United States Citizenship and Immigration Services For necessary expenses for citizenship and immigration services, $101,740,000, of which $100,000,000 is for the E-Verify program to assist United States employers with maintaining a legal workforce: Provided, That notwithstanding any other provision of law, funds available to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services may be used to acquire, operate, equip, dispose of and replace up to five vehicles, of which two are for replacement only, for areas where the Administrator of General Services does not provide vehicles for lease: Provided further, That the Director of 122 STAT. 3677 United States Citizenship and Immigration Services may authorize employees who are assigned to those areas to use such vehicles between the employees’ residences and places of employment.
