Sec. 231. Section 2703 of the Emergency Supplemental Appropriations Act for Defense, the Global War on Terror, and Hurricane Recovery, 2006 (120 Stat. 469) is amended—(1) by inserting “(a)” before “Notwithstanding”; and(2) by adding at the end the following:“(b) This land shall be owned by the City of Gulfport for no less than 50 years from the date of enactment of this Act.”.
