Family Housing Construction, Navy and Marine Corps For expenses of family housing for the Navy and Marine Corps for construction, including acquisition, replacement, addition, expansion, extension, and alteration, as authorized by law, $380,123,000, to remain available until September 30, 2013: Provided, That the amount appropriated in this paragraph shall be for the projects and activities, and in the amounts, specified under the heading “Family Housing Construction, Navy and Marine Corps”, and under the heading “Family Housing Construction, Navy and Marine Corps” in the table entitled “Military Construction”, in the explanatory statement described in section 4 (in the matter preceding division A of this consolidated Act).
