SEC. 302. DIRECT FEDERAL EXPENDITURES. Section 6(a) of the National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1755(a)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), by striking “his” and inserting “the Secretary’s”; (2) in paragraph (2), by striking “him” and inserting “the Secretary”; and (3) in the matter following paragraph (3)— (A) by striking “him” and inserting “the Secretary”; (B) by striking “(50 Stat. 323)”; and (C) by striking “(49 Stat. 774), as amended”.
