SEC. 304. STATE DISBURSEMENT TO SCHOOLS. Subsection (d) of section 8 of the National School Lunch Act (as designated by section 201 of this Act) (42 U.S.C. 1757) is amended— (1) by striking “persons” and inserting “individuals”; (2) by striking “to be mentally or physically handicapped” and inserting “to have 1 or more mental or physical handicaps”; and (3) by striking “for mentally or physically handicapped” and inserting “for individuals with mental or physical handicaps”.
