SEC. 307. SUMMER FOOD SERVICE PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN. Section 13 of the National School Lunch Act (as amended by section 102 of this Act) (42 U.S.C. 1761) is amended— (1) in subsection (d), by striking “July 1,” and inserting “July 1”; (2) in the third sentence of subsection (f), by striking “prescribed” and inserting “prescribe”; (3) in the first sentence of subsection (g), by striking “: Provided” and all that follows through “respectively”; and (4) in subsection (h)— (A) by striking “(7 U.S.C. 1431)”; (B) by striking “(7 U.S.C. 612c)”; and (C) by striking “(7 U.S.C. 1446a-l)”.
