SEC. 203. KNOWINGLY ACCESSING CHILD PORNOGRAPHY WITH THE INTENT TO VIEW CHILD PORNOGRAPHY.(a) Materials Involving Sexual Exploitation of Minors.—Section 2252(a)(4) of title 18, United States Code, is amended—(1) in subparagraph (A), by inserting “, or knowingly accesses with intent to view,” after “possesses”; and(2) in subparagraph (B), by inserting “, or knowingly accesses with intent to view,” after “possesses”.(b) Materials Constituting or Containing Child Pornography.—Section 2252A(a)(5) of title 18, United States Code, is amended—(1) in subparagraph (A), by inserting “, or knowingly accesses with intent to view,” after “possesses”; and122 STAT. 4004(2) in subparagraph (B), by inserting “, or knowingly accesses with intent to view,” after “possesses”.
