SEC. 314. APPROPRIATIONS FOR ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE. (a) Insertion of Section Heading.— The Child Nutrition Act of 1966 (42 US.C. 1771 et seq.) is amended by inserting before section 14 the following heading: “appropriations for administrative expense”. (b) Elimination of Gender-Specific Possessive Pronoun.— Section 14 of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 (42 U.S.C. 1783) is amended— (1) by striking “is” and inserting “are”; and (2) by striking “his” and inserting “the Secretary’s”.
