SEC. 327. NUTRITION EDUCATION AND TRAINING. Section 19 of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 (as amended by sections 124 and 214 of this Act) (42 U.S.C. 1788) is amended— (1) in subsection (d)— (A) in paragraph (2), by striking the semicolon each place it appears and inserting a comma; (B) in the first sentence of paragraph (4)— (i) by striking “(12 Stat.” and all that follows through “308)”; and (ii) by striking “(26 Stat.” and all that follows through “328)”; and (C) in paragraph (5)— (i) by striking “(12 Stat.” and all that follows through “308)”; and (ii) by striking “(26 Stat.” and all that follows through “328)”; and 103 STAT. 919 (2) in paragraph (3) of subsection (h)— (A) by striking “(12 Stat.” and all that follows through “308)”; and (B) by striking “(26 Stat.” and all that follows through “328)”.
