SEC. 214 UPDATING OF PLANS FOr NUTRITION EDUCATION AND TRAINING. Paragraph (3) of section 19(h) of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 (as amended by section 124 of this Act) (42 U.S.C. 1788(h)) is amended by adding at the end the following new sentence: “Each plan developed as required by this section shall be updated on an annual basis.”.
