EXTENSION OF EXPIRING COLLECTIONS AUTHORITIES.(a) Health Care Copayments.—Section 1710(f)(2)(B) is amended by striking “September 30, 2008” and inserting “September 30, 2010”.(b) Medical Care Cost Recovery.—Section 1729(a)(2)(E) is amended by striking “October 1, 2008” and inserting “October 1, 2010”.
