SEC. 806. PERMANENT AUTHORITY TO ESTABLISH RESEARCH CORPORATIONS.(a) Repeal.—Chapter 73 is amended by striking section 7368.(b) Clerical Amendment.—The table of sections at the beginning of such chapter is amended by striking the item relating to section 7368.
