SEC. 809. EXTENSION OF PILOT PROGRAM ON IMPROVEMENT OF CAREGIVER ASSISTANCE SERVICES. Section 214 of the Veterans Benefits, Health Care, and Information Technology Act of 2006 (Public Law 109–461; 38 U.S.C. 1710B note) is amended—(1) in subsection (b), by striking “two-year period” and inserting “three-year period”; and(2) in subsection (d), by striking “fiscal years 2007 and 2008” and inserting “fiscal years 2007 through 2009”.
