Sec. 313. Section 11A of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (15 U.S.C. 78k–1) is amended— (1) by striking out “transaction” in paragraph (2) of subsection (b) and inserting in lieu thereof “transactions”; and (2) by striking out everything after the first sentence in paragraph (4) of subsection (c).
