SEC. 403. PERFORMANCE REPORTS. Section 404(b) of the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996 (25 U.S.C. 4164(b)) is amended—(1) in paragraph (2)—(A) by striking “goals” and inserting “planned activities”; and(B) by adding “and” after the semicolon at the end;(2) in paragraph (3), by striking “; and” at the end and inserting a period; and(3) by striking paragraph (4).122 STAT. 4331
